There are herbs that grow well in shady parts and there are also some who loves the sunlight. If you have these two types of herbs, then it might be safer to plant them in the separate garden.

Find the right location

Different herbs thrive in different soil conditions. However, choosing a rich and well-drained soil is the best way to start it. Ideally, gardeners choose 4ft x 6ft as their garden size and facing south. You may also like to add more organic matter that will help enrich the soil.
